Well one of my favorite books is called "Hurt Go Happy" which is about a deaf little girl and an orangutan that can communicate through sign language. The orangutan's name is Sukari which, in Swahili, means sugar butt, as in a term of affection, such as sweet heart or sugar pie. Also, as I gone through the process of learning a few languages, I have noticed that in many of the languages sugar sounds the same. Although sugar and desserts aren't my only focus, I thought this was an interesting fact and decided that if I was to ever own a cafe/restaurant/bakery/anything of this sort, I would call it Sukari.
So here's what I plan on making my food blog. Sorry, I may not have the chance to post as often as I'd like seeing as I don't have the pleasure to cook every night, since I am still a student.
